Target Field
From the moment of the first pitch ever thrown at Target Field, it become one of the most high-profile venues in the State of Minnesota. The task of constructing Target Field was a challenge to every contractor on the project team due to to the uniqueness of the site. From ground-breaking to opening day, the construction process had to function surrounded by an operating railroad track on one side, parking ramp on another side, and active city streets on the other two sides. Even though it was a challenging site – we made due and brought all of the materials in through the one entrance to the site. Despite the challenges, this massive masonry project was a pleasure for everyone on our team as we performed all of the traditional block work and installed all of the hand-set Kasota stone.
